The Doctoral Program in Physical Education, Health and Sport Sciences, encompassing a wide range of advanced science fields, is designed to further advance the physical, biological, and social studies of physical fitness, sports, and sports culture, based on humanities, social science, and natural science, as well as nurturing students' research skills and opportunities to acquire a wide range of knowledge required for autonomous research activities in health and sports science fields.
The Doctoral Program in Physical Education, Health and Sport Sciences, including the 3 research areas as below, aims to promote comprehensive studies on health and sports science. Under the newly revised classification of these areas, designed to respond to the rapidly developing and diversifying research fields, specific advanced research programs will be conducted based on unique methods.
